My name is Kameha. I am 26 years old, I have a 4 year old little girl and we live in Meridian, MS. I don't really have a "story" to tell. Mine is probably pretty much the same as everyone's on here. I have been thinking about WLS since 2004 and finally decided to go for it this year. I am seeing Dr.Freeman in Anniston, AL. and must say I am SOOOOO pleased with them. I went for the initial consult on Jan.31st, they sent a letter to my insurance on Feb.6th and on Feb.12th I was approved! It was that simple!! I was so shocked! So my surgery date is scheduled for March, 13th, 2008. I almost can't believe it actually. So far I would recommend Dr.Freeman and his team to ANYONE hoping to have or just checking into WLS. I am looking forward to meeting more people on here, as I know I will need some support and have plenty of questions. :-)
