"I found everyone to be friendly and helpful and very attentive. They called to make me comfortable before I even got there. I would have to say that no hospital stay is pleasant but this was maybe as good as it gets. I rarely had to ask for anything as they were right on top of everything I needed."
"I was very impressed with Dr. Crum. Jeanette, his office assistant was so nice and I got all of my questions answered without having to even ask most of them. He is way into aftercare and claims that people fail when after care stops. Sounds good to me. I will update post surgery on the rest of my experience with Dr. Crum.

I am quite certain that I am sure of 2 things. One is that I am doing the right thing and #2 is that I have without a doubt chosen the right surgeon. Each time I see him I feel more and more confident and after my preop meeting with him I would never go to anyone else. I feel that this man genuinely cares about what he is doing."
