Update on Tim's RNY

Today is day five and Tim is still in the hospital undergoing some physical therapy to cope with his torn stomach muscles and learn to use steps and get out of a flat bed on his own. He was really upset that he was not able to come home today and the therapist has some therapy lined up for tomorrow morning so I'm not sure if he will be able to come home tomorrow or not. He had a weak moment this morning went he got the news he would have to stay another day and was depressed and angry with me for not trying to talk the Dr. out of keeping him another day or so. By 9 am he was determined to get out of there and refused to let anyone help him bathe, walk, or get out of bed. He has walked 6 different times today and has been sitting in a chair most all day. He is in room 3112 if anyone wants to call him and offer encouragement. He is determined to be home for Easter and I hope he will be.
