Hey everyone! For starters, I went to the informational meeting and had my first appointment with my desired surgeon! I am now in the first month of my 6 month supervised diet and am wondering what your pre-op months were like, also any tips or advice would be nice! I'm only 22 and really am trying to educate myself as much as I can on what to expect but hearing from experience is always more helpful I've been blessed to have such supportive friends and family and am excited to hear about all of your personal experiences!
