fighting threw the pain!

Nov 16, 2009

i feel that threw everything i have been threw this is by far the hardest desicion i have had to make and the hardest plan to follow. although i have been threw some tough situations eating the smal 6 meals a day and using the medifast program is hard. i went from haveing one huge meal a day to 5 or 6 small meals, i still find myself wanting to snack on brownies and refuse to throw them out. i have made great strides and am on my way to scheduling my surgery date. i work out 30 mins a day and even though it says i have gained a few pounds my family dr says she sees change. those words from her mouth were the pick up i needed. haveing freinds and family in my court seems to be the only way i stay on this path. i have cut over 2000 calories since i started this diet i couldnt believe how many calories i ate in a single day mostly in one large meal. for those who want this bad enough i say go threw the changes and then deside its rough but the change is the best way to go.
