"Dr. Ferrari was very quiet and serious. I liked him because he was very informative and believes in his work. His office staff is wonderful (all of them). Blanca is very sweet and helps alot.
When I had a problem with the stricture, I paged Dr. Ferrari in the evening and he called me back within 2 minutes. He is very concerned about his patients health and aftercare.
There is always someone to talk to if you have any questions or concerns. The staff always gets back to you right away. I have been very happy with my decision for my surgeon.
