MY FAMILY DOCTOR HAS SENT MY INSURANCE CARD AND MEDICAL HISTORY TO THE DOCTOR AND ASK THEM TO SET UP A CONSULT FOR ME. SO FAR I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. I CALLED THEM YESTERDAY AND THEY SAID THE ONE THAT HANDLED THAT WAS ON VACATION I WISH SHE WOULD GET BACK SO I CAN GET THIS SHOW ON THE ROAD.

7-2-02 I went to my Family Dr. today and she is having an appointment setup for me to talk to Dr. Bollar in Georgetown, Ky. If anyone knows of anything bad about this Dr. or office please let me know. Thanks
