Hi Everyone,
7 more days till my VSG. Monday is the day i go in for my surgery. I am scared. not of the surgery but afterwards, Hope i can get in all my protein and water and do whatever else i need to do
I should be o.k., I have been here reading what you all have to say and i do feel more confident. I have really learned alot ,guess i'm just nervous.
Anyway please move over, i want to plant my tuckus on the losers bench too.
My dr. has me on lowcarbs ,not liquids diet right now. Hope i can shrink my liver enough. Today i go in for pre-op; Will post later
