"I went in for a "Free" Consultation. They submitted it for insurance and when the insurance didn't approve it, I was sent a bill for $165.00 a year later!!
Now her office is telling me I have to pay it because they submitted it to the insurance...I was never told I had to pay anything for the submission!!!
