OH 2011 Conferences

 I can remember as a pre op reading about the Obesity Help Conferences and wondering how it would be to attend one.  Well, I went to my first one in Philly a few years ago and became instantly hooked on attending as many as humanly possible.  
I've since attended OH Conferences in Rye Brook, NY, Costa Mesa, CA, and Houston, Texas.  Additionally, I've attended the WLSFA Meet & Greet in Las Vegas, Nevada and most recently the ASMBS in Orlando, Florida.

My favorite part is to meet other OHers in person that I communicate with online!  The friendships I have made have changed my life!

I ALWAYS leave each and every OH Conference totally inspired and motivated to do more for our community!
