I've always "felt" too big but really wasn't until my early 20's (my baby making yrs). Pounds just added on year after year. Lost up to 92 on my own (1999-2001), but those came back plus. Scared I'm following the same health path as my Mother & Grandmother (each passed @ 62). Been trucking last 3 years and that sure hasn't helped. I have faith I can make this work.
