thank the gods thats over with

I don't know what happened yesterday but I had sever diarhea all day long, I didn't eat anythng just drank my carnation instant breakfast in the morning and that's it
 I'm wondering if its the artificial sweeteners , they bothered me a little before surgery and I seem to be ok if I'm adding Spenda to stuff myself but stuff with it allready in it seems to bother me
But today is a new day , its 2 weeks ago today I had my surgery and I've lost 13lbs one more lb and I'll be in onderland for the first time in 20yrs. I've gotten close before when I had the flu but then got better and went right back up ,so it will be nice , I hope I make it by tomorrow cause its my first nutrition app since surgery and it would be great to see the scale start with a 1
