8 Years @ Goal and Still Counting~

Whoo Hoo, I am 8 years post-op and am maintaining my goals.  I can pretty much eat what I want within reason and portions.  Good luck to everyone out there considering surgery. It's a very personal decision and I encourage anyone thinking of doing it to consider not only the surgery but the HUGE lifestyle changes that are necessary to ensure long term success.
YES, I would do it again!
