Okay i have spent the past few days just thinking about all i have been through and where i am getting ... you know i had an appointment with my surgeon last week and he said i need to lose another 15 lbs before i can have plasic surgery it breaks my heart because i dont think i have any more to lose all i have is skin alot of skin....... my plastic surgeon says dont worry about it you will lose it with the surgery but it confuses me because i dont feel i have met my goal yeti do need 15 lbs to meet my goal weight i now weigh 153 my goal is 140 and i am still trying but it is so hard i feel like a failure
