Hello all,It has been a few years since I posted, and I wanted to start up again. I'm ashamed to admit that I have gained some weight back. It all came off so easy (so it seems now) and I got lazy again, and started eating all the wrong stuff. I also think the worst thing that happened to me was that I stopped working out. A few years ago I changed jobs and I completely fell off track.
So since then I bought an elliptical, I have a gym membership (through my work) and I now have the motivation to start again. I am on my second week of doing the elliptical and I am up to 30 minutes at a fast pace (with the elliptical automatically moving from resistance of 2 through 9). I'm even getting up an hour early to get this done first thing. So I guess that I will take this one day at a time.
I have a closet full of cute clothes that I bought when I was at my lowest weight and I will get back into them. I have done this before and I will do it again.
