Hello all Im almost at 100 pounds lost!! it is a struggle but i keep comimg back here for motivation!!

Tomorrow is the big day, I'm nervous and excited.  I'm afraid of failing,  I know I can do this. I have a thousand thoughts running thru my head. If you pray pray for me. Or send positive thoughts of light, healing and love. I'll check in after. Eeeek lol

Hello all As they say I've been lurking here for quite a while. I finally got my date I'm scheduled for Aug. 5 2014. I'm excited, nervous and so very afraid of failure. I keep telling myself I'm 43 years old I'm prepared. I'm trying to get as much knowledge as possible before surgery but it's so much out here I'm afraid I might forget the important stuff. So what would you say are the most important things to definitely do in order for long term success? All answers would be appreciated.
