Hello! It's been a year and two days! I have lost 116 lbs. and I have NEVER felt better! I'm still losing and if anyone reads this, know that it's worth everything to have another chance at life. My asthma's gone; my hypertension is history! I've become a slave to QVC's Koos of Course and Home Shopping Network's Diane Gilman. Nothing tastes as good as thinner!

Mary, Don't worry one bit about not sleeping. You will have plenty of time to sleep once you get that great sleepy medicine. Take excellent care of yourself and welcome to the land of the losing. KimmieTN

Mary Bridget, best wishes to you. Crossing over to the "other side" is very exciting. I wonder how I'll be on Tuesday morning, scared? excited, drugged? Anyhow, my best thoughts and prayers are headed your way! God Bless you!!! Liz H.
