It's starting to set in that I really am creating a new me.  I had given up hope a long time ago of ever losing weight and keeping it off and now the reality is here.  I'm only 21 lbs down since I started, but I know its 21 lbs that will never come back.  It's a hard concept for me to grasp.  I guess maybe takes some time getting used to.
