well here it goes i have been overweight since the birth of my twins 21 years ago i have several comorbities diabetes sleep apnea psoriatic arthritis to name a few. through my friend and mentor Louise i met doc Peters. started out with a few support meetings and then i knew this was the surgeon i wanted. He is straight forward and doesn't sugarcoat anything and this is what i liked he aslo has a kind and compasionate side and i felt very comfortable with him and Robbie. Did all the preop tests my insurance wanted and boy were there alot i guess they must have thought i might change my mind. My surgery was June 25 and at my three week appt. i was already down 20 pounds. I feel great and add a new food everyday and no problems with any of them. Well this is the start of the rest of my new life my advice to anyone thinking about it is to attend some meetings you can learn so much from those of us that have had it done. Louise, Michele, and everyone thanks so much and i am proud to be a member of our little family
