"I saw Dr. Coirin for the first time at a seminar that he and Dr. Coates give regarding Gastric Bypass. I thought he was very knowledgable and seem very capable after hearing all of the statistics relating him doing the surgery. After that I saw him at a Fashion Show they did for WLS patients who have done soooo well. I realized then that he really cares about his patients. Since then I have been to his office twice but have not had the opportunity to meet with him. That's okay though because his staff and PAs have been so great and helpful. I've all the questions I've had answered and I feel 100% confident with him doing my surgery.rnrnDr. Coirin came to talk to me when I was being prep'd for surgery. He was very kind and made me feel completely at ease. He spoke with my family and I felt really good going into surgery. After surgery he came in and checked on me. He kept me informed and told me how the surgery went. The day of my discharge he came in and told me that I was doing great and he would be able to let me leave the hospital. He was very nice and I felt really good about him having done my surgery. In fact the pain medication pump was stopped the day after surgery and I haven't taken any type of pain medication since, even liquid OTC. My scars will be so tiny and barely detectable Dr. Coirin is an excellent and caring surgeon."
