April 22nd was a good day

Hey, This is my first post. Today has been an amazing day. Tomorrow I will be 6 weeks out of surgery and I am already down 37 pounds (tomorrow is weigh in day). I am excited about life and not so much thinking about my next meal. Thoughts of that once consumed my life entirely and I would run to check to make sure the food was there during commercial as I was under the impression it would mysteriously jump out of the fridge and hide from my ferocious appetite. I have time to think about other things and focus on living life instead of watching it run right by wondering when I would have the guts to get involved. Well now I'm involved, and I can't be more excited!!! Thats all for now it't a gorgeous day down here in Northern VA and I can't wait to go back outside and make the most of it!
