I'm 4 days from RNY surgery, currently on Opti Fast, I did cheat a couple of times. Has anyone done this? I weigh 240 pounds and lost 13 pounds so far but I am worried that I did cheat. It was on healthy food but still it's a cheat. Anyone in this s
