hello again

its been along time since i have visited this site. Its 10 years later since my surgery I am started to gain some weight. Which I an struggling to get off. I have gained 20 pounds over last two years clothes are tight. I can eat more food. I still get sick of i over due or if I eat something i shouldnt. I can eat some sweet but moderate it about it.
