I have battled my weight since I was about 7 yrs old. I have always played at least 2 sports at any given time from elementary school through college. I have always been the bigger girl in everything I have done. Not necessarily fat just a stocky build. I come from a family of large people with hypertension so I was destined to repeat the cycle. I have been on several diets all of which have failed me or should I say I have failed them. My mom has recently been dealing with several medical issues and I do not want to have to do the same. I want to be here to take care of my parents and watch my nephew grow. I am determined to change the cycle!
