"I met with Dr. Capps on Sept. 24th, he seemed to be very straight forward and knowledgeable. I have since done an extensive background and creditialing check, and found that he is probably one of the very best surgeons around. Other than learning about the basics of the surgery and questions that I got to ask in the consultation, I really haven't gotten to know him very well, but I feel like I will be in very good hands! ....I have been approved for this surgery by my insurance, but have not yet gotten a surgery date, when I call, I just hear that "the file is on his desk for review", His assistant is not the friendliest and is very short on the phone. Now Dr. Wiltse is my surgeon, because Dr. Capps was called to active duty w/ the Army. I went for pre-op yesterday and did get to meet and visit w/ Dr. wiltse in between his surgeries. I had completed my research on him prior to meeting him. He was very nice, and very informative and I felt very comfortable with him. By the way, Dr. Capps assistant is no longer with the company because of her poor performance and attitude. This came straight from the President of BTC himself."
