My name is Renee Higa. I have been obese since second grade. I have wonderful parents, and I have had a great upbringing. I have been seeing a therapist - eight months prior to my surgery. I found out a lot about myself. I had my surgery on October 16, 2006. I am still seeing my therapist - she has helped me more than anyone would ever know. I look forward to shedding the weight. It has been one month since my surgery, and I have dropped thirty pounds. I look forward to reading up on other people's success's and I believe that this support will help me out even more.
