I am going to try and get into the habit of posting here. 5 days from surgery. Nervous? Yes
I have been on Meridia and Optifast for the last two weeks. Lost 25lbs. Having my surgery done At Kaiser Moanaloa in Honolulu. This is all I have to say for now. I'll be back.

Well I am nervous. I lost about 28 lbs. I am now on clear diet. No longer hungry. See you when I get back!
