well im still here i find i have more engery than i did b4 and im walking better up and down stairs and i dont mind walking at all now im down to 270 and working the plan to stay under that and loose more just keep up the prayers Rex

hello all sorry i havent posted more but things are going well busy busy as some of you know last year i busted both ankles at diffrent times well to report about this the right one is giveing me trouble and the Dr i have said its plantar fasiceitise or heal spurs from walking not that its not painful but its better than broken and im walking climbing the stairs is easyer than b4 and i enjoy getting out more im still dropping im at 292 as of this mouring and i havent been here in a long time im keeping you in my prayers my bmi has dropped 7.6 points by His love Rex

and thank you for your support 
well the wls went well but they thought there was a leak so on the 4th they took me back in  better safe than sorry 
well as they were moving me they dislocated my left sholder  and that isint hard to do ive done it 3 times now 
nothing other than that and penuomia was found a couple of chiped teeth and i was in my room ready to walk 
then it flet like i was hit by a truck we found out that i had the flu
well instead of sat going home i got to stay till monday not bad and i came home thak God i was off the drugs i hate drugs and the way they make me feel and act ( I get a little mean ) well now im doing good and down to 300 lbs and feeling great thank you for all the support and prayers

hello all 
its the night before my wls and im nervous and a little  worried see i havent had a surgery b4 so im in nervous exciment mode i even cleaned and vaccumed the house today ive been up most of the night and i think ill be up most of tonight 
thanks for all the prayers and i know my wife Sarah really thanks you for them
