1 YEAR SINCE MY SURGERY!!!

ON NOV.6,2007 IT WAS 1 YEAR SINCE MY WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY AND I HAVE LOST 122 POUNDS AND I FEEL WONDERFUL. MY HEALTH IS SO MUCH BETTER. I AM OFF ALMOST ALL MY MEDICINE AND THAT IS SUCH A BLESSING NOT TO HAVE TO TAKE ALL THOSE PILLS. I HAVE SO MUCH ENERGY NOW.I HAVE WENT FROM A SIZE 28 TO A 12 IN JEANS. I CAN WEAR A LARGE IN A SHIRT INSTEAD OF A 28 OR 3 OR 4X. MY FAITH AND MY HERO DR. ROSS HAS CHANGED MY LIFE COMPLETELY. I AM SO THANKFUL AND VERY BLESSED. I LOOK FORWARD TO MY FUTURE BECAUSE I KNOW I NOW HAVE ONE TO LOOK FORWARD TO. I WILL ALWAYS BE THANKFUL TO DR. PAUL ROSS AND HIS STAFF.

HI, THERE! 
      IT HAS BEEN 6 MONTHS SINCE I HAD MY SURGERY AND I HAVE LOST 83 POUNDS AND I FEEL LIKE A NEW PERSON. I JUST HAD MY CHECK UP AND I'M DOING GREAT. I CAN NOT BELIEVE ALL THE ENERGY THAT I HAVE. I JUST GOT ME SOME NEW CLOTHS AND I'M DOWN FROM A SIZE 28 JEANS TO A SIZE 16 NOW AND IN A SHIRT FROM A 26 \28 TO A NORMAL 18\20. ITS ALL WONDERFUL. I CAN'T THANK DR.ROSS ENOUGH HE IS MY HERO. I'LL ALWAYS BE SO THANKFUL TO HIM AND HIS TEAM.. HE HAS SURLY CHANGED MY LIFE. I HAVE A FUTURE NOW AND SO MUCH TO BE THANKFUL FOR. I CAN'T WAIT TO ATTEND THE REUNION PARTY...I'LL KEEP YOU UPDATED WITH MY PROGRESS. TAKE CARE AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

9 weeks post op!

hi everyone! i just wanted to let you all know how i'm doing in the past 9 weeks. everything is going good. its all a learning process but i feel wonderful and i've lost 40+ pounds and i also started a excercise program yesterday and it has made me feel so good. i just turned 40 on the 3rd of this month and i really am looking forward to the future. my blood pressure is good now too and all my bloodwork just came back and it was all normal. thank you god!!!! i am so thankful to Dr. Ross and his staff for everything he has done to help me change my life and my future. i know i will have a heathier life and future. i wish i had made this decision about 4 years ago. i have added some new pics from the holidays and my birthday i hope you will take a look. take care and god bless you all.

1-week after surgery!!

hi everyone,
its has been one week since my surgery and i feel so wonderfull. my surgery went great Dr. Ross said. he said there was no problems and it went very easy. i want to tell you 30 minutes after they got me back to my room i walked around my hall. the main thing is to walk not over do it but get out of that bed. it really feels good when you do. all of the hospital staff was so good to me. i had some of the sweetest nureses, patsey and marylnn. they were so good to me. Dr.Ross is amazing and i'm so thankful to him. i know i owe it all to God because everything is in his hands and i put all my faith in him. today i had my first real food and it was a srambled egg and it only took about 8 baby bites and i was full.  How shocking!!!!!!!!!!! i am so excited about my life now its like i have something to look forward too. i go see Dr. Ross on wed. morning and he will take out my draining tube then and then i have a nutrition class afterwards. see ya after my Dr. visit.

my surgery date is november 6,2006 at 10:30 and i'm alittle scared but very, very excited. i'm ready to start my new life.
