it's been a while since i post here...well i have been uder extremely hard core exercise..average is 4-6 miles in the treadmill under an hour every other day,and the other days is about 20 miles cycling.....i was in tjis plateau forever last year at 186..at the end of the year i reached 192 lbs...thats when i gear up to second engine and begin running...something i didnt do before...i was just cycling...... 6 months later and i drop 21 lbs so far...i also stop the munchies fever and cady i was having... i'm  not trying to lose anymore weight but my body is burning it by itself now...weird...now i was refered to the plastic surgeon...will see how that goes......i'm burning an average of  600 calories a day in the gym alone..my intake diet is less than 1200 cals per day...i still under vits,calcium chews,isopure protein and B12....
