May 14th 2007 Today's the seminar.
I'm 44 years old and for the last 10 years have been battling my weight up and down and each time I gain weight back it seems to add 10 lbs. I was always so active in sports when I was younger it's tough not to be able to participate in any today. I have a Black Belt in Shotokan Karate and cannot even lift my leg above my knee today. Majority of my problems stem from overeating, but I also have high blood pressure and my meds don't help with my weight problems along with Sleep Apnea (Which I believe will go away after I lose 100 lbs.) I also have problems with metablizing Folic Acid from foods which will hang around the rest of my life because it's a genetic disorder I got from my father who died of a heart attack at 48 some 32 years ago.
I have full intentions of beating this whole thing. Nutrisystem Weight loss Pre Portioned meal plans which worked best for me, and I know it's not their fault I failed, I did. I plan to use many of their meals to help me when I get to the solid stage because their a portioned controlled and have a nice nutritional balance to them. I just need a tool to help me get over that hump and keep it off. Atkins dieting the weight came back faster then ever.
