3 month follow up........A little late

05/26/09Well I went in to see Dr. Suh after realizing I didnt have my 3 month follow earlier this month (my bad). This journey has been an incredible ride so far. As of today, I have officially lost 91 pounds since my surgery and a total of 112 pounds since I began the journey.
The weight loss could be better if I just could excercise more than I am doing. But ever since the day I crashed and burned on my evil treadmill, my knee just wont let me excercise like I want / should. But it will get better in time.
