Feeling pertty good, had a crave for food awhile ago, I ate a sugar free pudding and drank some crystal light. Oh some more big news I had a BM, after 4 days without I was starting to get a little worried. The incissions points are starting to itch a bit I'll prob take a shower before bed tonight and see if that dont help. Im not really feeling any real pain the worst that Ive had has been my shoulders.
