Gaining my health back

This has been a good week for me. My thyroid doctor says my thyroids are in remission and wants to see me in 4 months. My regular dr. says I am doing good keeping my type 2 diabetes under control. And I hope to get weight lose surgery soon. I really feel strongly about gaining control of my health. My depression well I m doing my best to accept life as is., and at this time it's not all that bad.

Today is an ugly rainy day here in Kentucky, not much to do(but munch)
however I refuse. "NOT GONNA DO IT".Tomorrow is May 6, 2009 It's going to be the first day to freeing myself from the bondage of being "Over Weight" .
I am going to the first step of getting my weight lose surgery. I go to my first seminar. I'm a bit nervous not sure what to expect. I hope I see this through.
I am will try to do my blog everyday
however I do have a being consistent problem.
This time I'm gonna do all the way to the finish line.Here's to tomorrow
