Today I am old and Fat

Today I feel my age, 66, but I feel more like 86. Because I am so overweight that everything does not move so well. Joints hurt and my spirt is low.  BUT waiting on surgery day! This is Friday and surgery is scheduled for Tuesday.

Drinking my liquid diet all this week and I find this is hard because I keep losing my electrolites and need to drink gatorade to put them back. I am scared of surgery because of previous surgeries mishaps and long recoveries. But I need help to get this weight off and especialy fix my bad hernia so I can diet.

I am not sure who reads this but I can use all the help I can get from someone who has trouble with vitimans and food allergies.

I do not even know how this blog thing works. So if someone reads this and can help me out please do.
