4 years out today!

Hey everyone it's been quite the journey . Losing a parent getting depressed along the way didn't help my weight lose. I have gain about 25 pounds back. I am dieting again. I will get it off. Some time you lose track and go back to old habit. Then you come back and read some of the blog. And say it time to wake up. I will be back again to tell you all how I been. I do feel a hundred % better now then I have in years.  With God I can do all things.
