self-doubt.

Hello, I had my first consult with the Psychologist in Springfield on October 11th. I was nervous and scared for the appointment, cause I had no clue what to expect. I was more anxious for the appointment. I guess it went well, I have a follow-up appointment next month. I am feeling some self doubt, I would like to know that what I am feeling is normal. I sometimes wonder about my friends and family, which they all behind me on my decision to get the weight loss surgery. I still feel that self doubt, I will still keep on going through with the process, cause I like to learn new things.
