It's been a long time!

Wow!! It has really been along time since I posted. Things are going well. I have to date lost a total of 139lbs. I can now get into a size 12..... can you believe it!!! a size 12!!! Unfortunatly for me the smaller size has been the great part of the surgery. The not so great part has been the way that my husband and my husbands family has responded to the results.... I was not prepared to become the "black sheep" of the family. I am no longer in communication with my mother-in-law or my sisters-in-law. My husband and I have not really done much but fight since he came home from his deployment in July. The hardest part of all this has been that I am an emotional eater.... and therefore struggle every single day with myself in order not to eat too much..... Thankfully I have stuck to the "rules" I still dont eat anything with sugar in it and I still dont eat any pasta, bread, or rice.... all of which were huge in my life before the surgery.... I just hope I can get through all of this without resorting back to food.... like I said its a daily struggle....
