"I haved decided to change surgeons due to the problems I had with Cigna and the fact that Dr. Rohrscheib is in-network. I felt very at ease with Dr. R., and he was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. He told me that due to my co-morbids, that it was appalling that I had been denied by Cigna, and he and his staff would do everything they could to get me approved. I am also impressed the the aftercare program that Central IL Bariatrics has in place. After I won approval, I was given an immediate surgery date and my pre-ops were done quickly and easily at John Warner Hospital in Clinton.
After surgery comments: I just love this guy! He is caring and professional, and his staff at both his office and the hospital support staff are wonderfully warm and caring people. Dr. Rohrscheib called me at home after I experienced some problems not related to surgery and so has the staff. I would recommend Dr. Rohrscheib to anyone. Plus, I think my scar is awesome, really!!!"
