Well let me begin with this, I have lymphedema in my legs...which drives me crazy.  Last week my leg started hurting and then swelling & within 3 days I had put on 14pds. which totally bums ya out when you've been on a steady weight loss.  Well it kept getting worse & the dr. thought I had a blood clot in my leg...after doing the doplar, I got the news the next day...NO BLOOD CLOT...thank goodness!
But the water had retained in my lower left leg...it was HUGE...not to mention painful. So I was stuck in bed again w/it elevated, started getting depressed and cabin fever...lol.  But rock-on it has all been released and I am walking & doing more everyday, plus it is an AWESOME day out today...so today is looking back up,  even though there are still many obstacles ahead...today...I WIN!!!
