i know its been awhile but i have been crazy busy. things are still going great and im feeling wondferful. ive been on solids for a month now and havent had any issues. im back to work and working out 3-4 days a week as schedule permits. i still have no regrets. sometimes i do forget to take my vitamins, im still working on that but other than that life is good. the only thing i dont like so far is that after im done working out i want to just guzzle water but i cant :(

I'm 4days post op and I must say today is a great day. although I've been up moving around since the night of surgery, today I'm starting to feel normal. more like me. I have zero regrets! my family (kids&sister) have been wonderful. my first post op appt is on 11/16 I'm hoping to have a date to get back into the gym!!

well, its finally here! i leave to brogess medical center at 4:45am. im filled with excitement and nerves but mostly excitment.......

well i have offically started my 2 week liquid diet....today is day2 of the liquid diet and im doing pretty good considering its only the begininng however, im feeling extremly tired   :-(.....wish my luck 10 days to go!!!

I use to love to dance but since i gained all the weight i havent been able to dance like i use too. Last night i tried Aqua Zumba for the first time. I absolutley LOVED it! Not only was it so much fun but I burned 1084 calories doing it. Its very high energy and low impact since everything is done in the water. My new love..... :)))

i finally have a date! Novemeber 6,2012. im so excited. i start my 2  week liquid diet on tuesday.   yesyesyes

On monday i had my preop education class. i went in very excited, only to leave very disappointed. I thought i would be ready to schedule my surgery date only to find out that my insurance company states they hadnt even received the request for surgery that was faxed over 2weeks prior to my education class....bummer....i cried. so i guess im still waiting. the good news is that i have lost wait, like 7pounds in 6wks....WHEW HOO!!!!!

Im getting anxious.....still no date for my surgery......
