Shane, Hope you had the Greatest Ever Today!! It’s good to see more guys out here on Obesity Help. We make up a small minority of the people having Weight Loss Surgery, but tend to lose down quicker and with fewer hassles than the women due to Male Physiology. Drop back by the "Men's Message Board to let the Guys know how you’re doing!!! I’m just dropping by to let you know that there’s a huge crowd of strangers out here pulling for you and holding you in our prayers. May you have a famously successful surgery and a record-breaking recovery! Be nice to the nurses, Enjoy the drugs when you can, and most importantly, hurry on home and start walking away from those pounds and into a new Life! Best Wishes-

Congrats on your upcoming surgery. I know that you are probably nervous and anxious at the same time. Just know you are not alone, you are not the first to be nervous and you will not be the last. It is expected to be anxious, but it is a good anxiety. Take everything given to you in stride. Know that you have made a good decesion on the good days as well as the bad. Remember that you made this decesion for a healthier, better you. Believe me when I tell you the end result is WONDERFUL!!! Adrienne
