Good morning, Rose...from a fellow Miamian! I am glad your surgery went well and you are on the road to recovery. My surgeon has a monthly support group meeting for ALL who are interested at South Miami Hospital. Their web site is miamihope.com. GOod luck to you!!

Thank you everyone for your lovely comments and well wishes. It really meant a lot to me. I can tell you that my surgery and recovery have so far been unevetful. I have not had much pain. My only difficulty seem to be being able to take in all that I am supposed to. Protein shakes are very very difficult.
