wow, I feel so good, under 200lbs I have not been this low for about 7 years. Im 10-13 lbs away from when I met my husband, yeepee!!! That is very satisfying.

Well, yesterday was fathers day and we went out to a buffet witch I had not been since before surgery. I did well, had low fat stuff and eat very slow and enjoyed every bite. I was scared to face a buffet because of all the pressure to eat like a pig but I was happy when I did not feel that pressure to overeat. I did eat more than normal but I was not uncomfortable or bloaded like before surgery. I also realized that buffets like everything else are ok in moderation and by choosing better foods like the fruit, sushi, shrimp, crab etc.. I did eat more than usual through out the weekend but is my fault for not drinking my protein. I went to buy more during my lunch hour. Yeeeppee for that. I really hope the scale moves this week. I’m back in the gym today, sweating it out. Im so glad I had this surgery and I thank God everyday for his blessings. I know what self control is and in return all aspects in my life are beginning to have that healthy balance. For instance before I would have traded my work out for any dump reason and now I will not give up my work out for any reason, I realize that my health is first and any errand can wait for later. Well my pouch is irritated and I think it is from this weekend, the good thing is that im not eating much, it almost feels like my pouch still has food from this weekend, weird but does how I feel. Mmmmmm.
208lbs at least the scale moved, I will stay away from eating out and I have to make sure I take in my protein and fluids. I have not been sleeping well, thinking about the wedding details but I have to take care of myself. Sleeping is just as important as working out and taking in my fluids.

I’m very happy to see the scale, 209 wow my goal will be to be under 200 before my wedding, I know that I can do it, I have to focus, focus. Im having to sign contracts and pay vendors and eventhough is busy my main focus is to be healthy, that is why I go and workout during my lunch hour, is my time. I’m beginning to slowly increase my running witch in turn shows on the scale. I looked in the mirror yesterday after washing my face and I had to do a double take I did not recognize my body. My shoulders are so much smaller and my neck is beautiful, you see before I did not have one, hahahaha!!! I’m so happy. Thank you God!

Well I’m a little tired today, I will need coffee. I had my wedding dress fitting yesterday and it looks beautiful, I can definitely feel the difference specially upper body and arms are leaner. I still have a month so my goal is to do as much as I can to tone up my arms, shoulders and back, specially my arms. I carry my weight in my upper body so I really have to work on those areas. I’m doing all I can to avoid the excess skin, It’s beginning to tone up but my underarms are bad. Oh well as long as I know that I’m trying my best.

When I saw that scale move I felt so good. I guess the harder I work out, the more I eat but the more I also loose. I’m so happy because I was actually nervous thinking I had not lost because I had ice cream not once but twice, what was I thinking but I'm glad is over.

Well I had a small piece of pizza with a plate of salad yesturday, I’m back in the gym today and put in extra cardio to make up for my indulgence. I have to get my butt in gear and focus because my wedding is around the corner. I’m so excited I got on the scale today and it said -2 more lbs. Yeepee officially 40 lbs gone. I have never lost this much weight before. I would diet and the most I would loose was 30lbs because I could not keep up with any diet for long. I cannot wait to see what is ahead. I been doing good with my protein and vitamins this week since Monday. I thank you Lord for all your blessings. I really need to take new pictures and post them.

Well I’m a little frustrated, I weight myself this morning and im at 221lbs yesterday I was at 218lbs weird. I guess this is what they mean when they say do not weight yourself everyday. I do not intent to but the scale is always out and ready to go. I need to hide it and only take it out every week. Is driving me crazy. Well I’m on my period this week and hopefully once my actual weight in on Wednesday witch is tomorrow it will be different. I have been slacking on my protein and vitamins. That is my goal today to drink all my protein, liquids and vitamins.
Well it’s the happy dance today at weight in, 219lbs. Yeepee! I finally got below the 220’s. I feel like I have reached the finish line after a 10mi run (not like I Know what that feels like). Thank you God! I got a burst of energy as soon as I saw those numbers. I will take new pictures today and post them. I finally got new clothes just 5 essential items. My honey took out a box of summer clothes that I had put away to donate to good will because they did not fit anymore and now they fit perfectly, I’m so happy because they are so cute and I thought I would never be able to ware them again I feel inspire to give 110% at the gym today.

Well I had chicken fajitas (homemade) with a flour tortilla, it took me about .5hrs to eat it but I savored every bite, delicious. I was relief to see that it went down fine. On Saturday I went to JC Penny to have my rings resized down yeeepee. I did not want to risk loosing my rock. Hahaha! Well while I was there I looked at some clothes specially for work and church. All my nice clothes specially pants are getting too baggy. I saw a beautiful suit and pant set. I grabbed a size 18 thinking it might still be to tight but no, to my surprise it fit very comfortable and actually a little loose. Wow God I was so shocked, from a tight 22/24 to a loose comfortable size 18 in two months, my mind had trouble catching up to the idea and I had to double check the tag. I did not buy the suit (to expensive) but I took with me the satisfaction of knowing my victorious size 18. Im beginning to get used to my new portion sizes. I used to eat a foot long subway club by myself yucks, now a 6” is good for two meals. Last night for dinner I made a sandwich and I could only eat half, the other half I brought it to eat for lunch. I knew I could only eat half but I made the whole sandwich just in case I was still hungry and nope I barely eat half. My 8yr old eats more and I cannot ever remember eating so little not even when I was a kid. I really like it because I’m satisfied witch is wonderful. Today for lunch I went to buy me a beautiful dress for mother’s day in a size 18 (happy dance). I also stopped for sushi and to my surprise I only eat 3 small pieces and my pouch was fine. I’m very happy! I finally feel free from hunger and from food. Thank you God for all your blessings!

I did weight in this morning, I could not help it. As I thought the scale did not move. I think is my period but I do not know, I have been working out, It could be muscle mass. I will see next week. I pray that the scale moves, I feel good, just a little tired because of my period. I have noticed that I’m able to eat a little more at one meal but the next meal I can only eat a yogurt, weird, I thought my pouch would hold the same amount of food each time.

I can definitely fill the difference in my body, now I can walk 40minutes non stop w\no problem last week I could only do 20minutes. I’m happy to see that my stamina is increasing. Yeeppee. Thank you Jesus for taking care of me. I also went to a Latin impact class on Tuesday with my friend Jessica and it was so much fun, I’m surprise how much easier working out is now that im not starving all the time and that im much lighter, my ankles like that. So far so good I been doing some kind of exercise almost everyday. I did throw up on a Japanese dressing on Sunday at a friends BBQ but no big deal. Most food stays down with no problem. I been eating broiled chicken, bell peppers, mushrooms, onion, ½ of a hot dog with the bun (surprised it stayed down), a handful of peanuts is a meal, activa yogurt and a small apple is also a meal. With the apple and oranges I chew and suck the juice out and throw out the rest. I been doing very good with my vitamins and protein. I drink the Isopure over lots of ice. The grand slam shakes I take them very seldom because they make me very constipated, if I take them everyday, go figure. I’m loving this new Life. People around me are beginning to notice more and they are very supportive and happy for me. Thank you GOD!
