Wow! here I am only four months since I started my pre-op diet. An had Surgery (VSG) on the 20th of July. I have lost a total of 60 lbs. I feel so much better. Much easier to get around, more energy. Life is good. I have only 45 lbs to go till I reach my goal. Can't wait, but I am enjoying every step of the way. The only worry I have is hair loss.
