Rhonda - Hang in there, hon! Both of the people I know personally who have had this surgery say that they experienced "buyers remorse!" And both of them say they would do it all over again - so give yourself some more time! I'll be praying for you and looking forward to hearing that you've changed your mind!

Hi Rhonda, I had my surgery on August 8th. I like the Crystal Lite. I get the raseberry flavor. I also dilute it more than what the directions says because it is actually pretty strong. I sip that all day long. Best wishes, Melanie

HI AGAIN!! I had my sugery the same day as you! I, too, have a problem with water but Crystal Light seems to go down fairly good for me, you might want to try it. Take care and CONGRATS on your weight loss!!!

I spoke with Rhonda today and she is feeling better but is a little depressed but I hope I was able to cheer her up some..she has already lost 15 lbs. since her surgery!!!! and she is going tomorrow to have the staples and drain removed..but all in all She is doing fine.~j~

~J~~J~Angel reporting!!!!I went to see Rhonda today and she was doing very well, she was still having some pain so they kept her today but I think she will get to go home tomorrow..she did look good and was in good spirits when I saw her. She says she just doesn't have any hunger at all and is worried a little about how much fluid she is getting, but she is getting better...!!!

~j~ ~j~ Angel reporting....I just spoke with Rhonda and she sounds fabulos everything went well, she passed her leak test and they were bringing her some broth for dinner tonight..we spoke on the phone for quite a while and she had been for a walk. said she wasn't in much pain and was not hungry..she may get out of the hospital before I can get up there to see her..Will update tomorrow~j~

~J~~J~ Angel coming in for an UPDATE!!!! I just with Rhonda and sounds like she is doing very well. She was in intensive care since about noon..I was starting to get worried because ICU would not give me any info..but come to find out they were waiting for a room on the floor...Rhonda said when she sat up for the first time she was very nauseated and had the dry heaves, but they gave her something for that and she has her finger on the morphine trigger!!! T he surgery went well and was done Lap~J~ so angel will update again tommorrow...
