Frustrated!!!

im 8 weeks out of my surgery and i feel like i have not lost enought weight. i dont know what im doing wrong. I walk 45 min to 1 hr a day and the weight doesnt seem to come off. since my surgery on 1/26 ive only lost 22 pnds and prior to that i lost 12 pnds before surgery. so im happy that i lost a total of 34 pounds, but i feel its not enough. Any suggestions i would appreciate.

Well, its been about 2 weeks since i have been home. Still making the adjustments to the new change. Cant wait to see the results.

Im so happy...i Finally got the call from my doctor that my surgery was approved. The only bad thing about it is that the original date of 12/30 will be resched till next month... but all in all a couple of weeks will go by fast...cant wait!!

Well, today i was on my stationary bike for 15 min and i thought my legs were going to fall off...Good news! They didnt.
