i have about 25t pounds is
there any product that can be purchased to help.
I have dropped from 54 pants. 36 is my new size however while the size is
perfect my body my wais is verY tight because of the excess skin. If I go to 38 tyke pants hang off me. I am to old four skin surgery I am told recovery
isvery tough. Any suggestions

I have one more meeting with the psychologist . It has been a long 10 months, I realize now you need the time. Time seems to be speeding up. Appreciate all your sharing it has been very helpful.
