Not condescending at all.rnrnThe office staff is great. The nutritionists and psychologists were fabulous. I'll contribute more after I'm more into the process.rnrnOK, surgery is done and even though I had some fairly substantial complications I still have faith in my surgeon. After an exhausting day he came back to the hospital at 10:30pm when my complications started occurring and stayed with me (and on the floor) until I was convinced I wasn't going to die. He's one of those guys that you meet at a neighborhood picnic or at a small gathering and you'd never guess he's a doctor. I really like him.rnrnOh, by the way-he's the head of the Duke Metabolic Weight Loss Center. He's NOT in Tennessee. He's right here in Durham, NC."
