5 Years Post Op

Time sure goes by fast! I celebrated 5 years post op last month.  Don't let anyone kid you, once the weight is off is when the HARD WORK BEGINS.  I am still very thankful I've lost weight,  but I spend most of my energy on keeping it off. 2 years ago I began jogging and it has made keeping the weight off manageable.  I jog about 20 miles each week,  making my jog time a PRIORITY first activity of the day.   I am blessed to be teleworking these past 6 months and can easily fit exercise to my daily routine.  Still drinking Premier Protein shakes to get all my protein in each day.
